I led a team of 5 Product Designers, 1 Principal Designer, and 1 UX Researcher for a 2-month initiative to create a Lite version of our enterprise Research product. The goal was to bring the same feature set in a simpler way to SMB and Mid Market customers through a free trial version to expand within these customer sets.
