Summary
I led a team of 2 Product Designers and 1 UX Researcher for a 5-month initiative to update the Marketing and Advertisement product. The goal was to improve the CSAT score of users and to decrease the drop-off rate of users. Drop-off rate was currently 22% within the first 30 days.
Outcome: Reduced drop off rate to 8% within the first 30 days and increase CSAT score from 6/10 to 8/10
